PRIVACY

We're a small Hong Kong studio. We collect the minimum information we need to ship blind boxes to people who buy them and to send occasional emails to people who ask us to. This page tells you exactly what that is.

What we collect

• Order information. Name, shipping address, email, and what you ordered. Required to fulfill the order. Stored by Shopify (our commerce platform).
• Payment details. We never see your card details. Payment is processed by Stripe / Shopify Payments; they handle it, not us.
• Email address. If you join our waitlist, we keep your email until you ask us to remove it.
• Anonymous traffic data. Our analytics provider (Plausible) tells us roughly how many people visited which page. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

What we don't do

• Sell your information to anyone.
• Send marketing emails without your consent.
• Use tracking cookies.
• Try to figure out who you are when you visit the site.

Third parties

The services we use that touch your data:

• Shopify — orders, checkout, fulfillment data
• Stripe / Shopify Payments — payment processing
• Klaviyo (or Buttondown) — email list
• Plausible — anonymous analytics

Each has their own privacy policy. We've picked them because they're well-regarded on privacy.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@fivestack.com. We'll do it within seven days. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have legal rights to access, correct, and delete your data — we honor those everywhere, not just where required.
