SHIPPING

We ship from a small studio in Hong Kong. Once an order is placed, we'll pack and dispatch it within 3 business days. Here's what to expect, where, and roughly how much.

How long it takes

• Hong Kong: 1–2 business days via SF Express.
• Asia Pacific: 4–7 business days.
• North America: 7–14 business days.
• Europe / UK: 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

All international shipments include tracking. We don't ship via untracked post.

How much it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Rates are typically:

• Hong Kong: HK$30–50
• Asia Pacific: HK$80–150
• North America: HK$150–250
• Europe / UK: HK$180–280

The exact rate appears at checkout before you confirm. (Rates above are placeholders — will be confirmed once shipping zones are configured. See site brief § 11.)

Duties and customs

Where possible, we collect duties at checkout so your box doesn't get held up at customs or hit with a surprise bill on arrival. For destinations where this isn't yet supported, you may be responsible for any applicable import duties. We'll flag this clearly at checkout.

Packaging

Every blind box ships inside a protective outer mailer designed to preserve the unboxing experience. The blind box itself is the start of the product — we won't pre-open it, and we won't ship it in a way that lets it get damaged before you do.

Pop-up pickup

During our Hong Kong pop-up events, local buyers can choose Pickup at the pop-up as a free shipping method. Details and dates announced on the News page.

If something goes wrong

If your package is lost, delayed beyond reasonable estimates, or arrives damaged, email hello@fivestack.com within 14 days of expected delivery. See Refunds for what happens next.
